As you may know, we recently upgraded the hardware on our network. While the hardware is working as it should, there are some software issues affecting random partners throughout our datacenter. With that said, in order to better the experience of everyone as a whole, we will be upgrading the firmware image that was recently put into production. This will be done due to unforeseen/unpredicted performance issues that may prohibit us from providing you the services that you not only expect, but deserve. While the issues that have been reported are both intermittent and unpredictable, we feel it is best to take this step for the better of everyone’s hosting experience.

Estimated Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing maintenance and for this reason we will do everything in our power to expedite the procedure. Given the nature of the maintenance and the importance of the task that is taking place, during the 6 hours maintenance window, we wish to advise that we are expecting sporadic issues (downtime,latency, packet loss) for no more than 15 - 20 minutes at a time during the maintenance window itself. With that said, there is a chance you will experience no issues at all, but in good faith we felt it was best to notify you of the work we were doing to better your overall long term hosting experience.
